 The Winterton Agricultural society was formed in 1872 to further the interests of a rapidly modernising agricultural community. For many years the society held a two day Agricultural Show and sports in the Picturesque Park at Winterton Show.

The Show attracted competitors from throughout Lincolnshire and the surrounding counties, building up an excellent reputation over the years.

Today the two day Show occupies over 20 acres, which the society now owns to accommodate the growing demand for trade stands, sideshows and entertainment, The Show caters for many agricultural and countryside pursuits involving all elements of the local and neighbouring communities. It successfully blends a variety of events appealing to both rural and town dwellers; as a consequence it is very well supported, drawing crowds in excess of twelve thousand, from across the region, the show goes from strength to strength.

Our entrance charges are kept to a minimum so as to attract more visitors, who then have more money in there pockets to spend at the show. We offer excellent value for money with the highest quality of entertainment which caters for all ages.

The showground is situated at the eastern end of the town with excellent access from the motorway system. It also has spectacular views down the Humber Estuary and across the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire Wolds.

Situated close to the main ring and the main public areas, the trade stands at this year's show will attract greater numbers than ever.

As in previous years, it is our aim to provide the public with a variety of purchasing opportunities from saddles to ice cream, craft work to conservatories, motor cars and tractors to toys, and your company could be a part of it.

With stand space available from only £27 per day, this is your chance to make a big impression with up to ten thousand members of the buying public attending over the two days.

  CRAFT MARQUEE

Our Craft Marquee offers undercover accommodation for the display and vending of craftwork and similar merchandise at very reasonable rates (from £32 per day Incl. table).
